MXC-28

Triethylenediamine (TEDA) - 28
MXC-28 is an amine catalyst diluted in monoethylene glycol. Specifically developed for microcellular polyurethane foams, it enables dramatic changes in processing characteristics.
MXC-28 exhibits extremely high reactivity in microcellular systems such as shoe soles and integral skin foams. It strongly affects demold time while having little impact on cream time, thereby offering formulators improved processing flexibility. When blended with less reactive catalysts, MXC-28 provides an extremely wide range of reactivity profiles.
