Applications:
·MXC-5 is a highly active blowing catalyst for rigid and semi-flexible foams. Its preference for the isocyanate/water reaction provides very good flowability at the beginning of the reaction.

· It is highly effective in MDI-based pour-in-place rigid systems. At a use level of 1.5 php, MXC-5 delivers the necessary flowability and cure rates for production environments.

· It is also recommended for TDI, TDI/MDI, and MDI HR flexible molded foams, as well as for integral skin and microcellular systems. Additionally, it can be used as a raw material to produce quaternary ammonium salts.
